The 28th and the 29th of October the decommissioning of the tested samples at the MCTS El Bocal was carried out. Two days were necessary to pull all the samples out.
Extremely good protection against corrosion was achieved after 9 months at sea. After more than one summer session no barnacles were detected in the faces where the ACORN coatings have been applied.
